Interview
My initial interview was with the company accountant, the owner of a well-known firm. Once I spoke with him for about 30 minutes, I then scheduled an interview with the President of the actual company. He and I spoke for about 10 minutes.

Question 1
The interviewer (the accountant) asked me how many years experience I had with Quickbooks. When I met with the President, I got the very clear indication he really wasn't interested in interviewing any candidates, he relied on the accountant and staffing agency for those items.
