Submitted application online. Got a call four days later from HR to interview face to face in a week. Was given a tour when I got there. Met with warehouse supervisor for interview for approximately 30 mins. He read from a script not hard questions at all, but he asked the same questions throughout trying to trip me up on my experience. All in all it was a good interview. After the interview I was escorted to HR and was told that I was hired pending background and drug test.
I applied online. I interviewed at C&S Wholesale Grocers (Westfield, MA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Quick response, I had an answer as soon as one week. Jennifer' The H.R. representative was very courteous, We made an appointment for next week. I was told to bring a winter jacket because we was going in a tour into the freezer. this was over the phone. The ladies working here are a charm opposed to those at shipping, or the cafeteria. This is a big company that has many warehouses that serves many other parts of the company.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at C&S Wholesale Grocers (Windsor Locks, CT) in Apr 2013
Interview
The interview process was simple. You applied to be a selector. They call you in for an interview where you're in a room with about 20 others and you're handed a booklet explaining what the job is and the rules. HR goes through this book with you and you watch a few videos and then do a 1:1 interview with them. As long as you can pass the drug screening and lift and work long hours- you're hired.
