Interview
I had to go through only one interview with the branch manager and I was given this job by an over the phone recruiter (Human Resource Officer). I then accepted the offer as being a paid intern, then took on the role, 6 months later, as being a full time teller.

Interview
I was interviewed during a campus job fair for the teller positions.
I also asked for more information on their management training program. It was not what I was looking for because it is a training program for banking specifically.
