C4ADS Analyst interview questions

Applied online. Took 1 week for them to send me a follow up question that I had to submit within the week. Then another week later I got an interview. Interview was 40ish minutes and they asked behavioral and personality questions.

The interview process is 40 mins long, with 2 interviewers, they will ask mostly simple questions behavioral and situational questions with the tell us about your self part, what I didn’t appreciate is how I went to the second round, was told that I am a strong candidate for the job then got ghosted regardless of sending follow up emails. It echoed unprofessionalism and disrespect.
