Met at their Alpharetta location, interviewed with a manager. The interviewer had me do a mock sales pitch of an item that was in the room and asked about my previous customer service experience.The whole process took 10 min. I was told that I had the job and was emailed a contract by the next day, if I remember correctly. I was working by the next week.

I applied online and got a call about a week after. I went in for the interview and it was pretty basic and simple. The guy who interview me was really nice and funny. The next day I got an email saying I got the job. I filled out the paperwork and then started training.

The interview was filled with situational based questions. If you are familiar with customer service, you will do great. Just be yourself, because this is a fun place to work and it works in your favor to calm down and really show them who you are. The questions are not hard, but they are looking for people who can be great in a fast paced environment, so if that is not you... here is your warning!
