It was a good process in a panel format. I learned a lot about the company and the role. There is a test that I didn't think I did well on but it helped me understand what I might be doing.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at CAHEC (Raleigh, NC) in June 2020
Interview
I had applied for another position but they reached out and asked if I would interview for this one because of my experience. First interview was with CEO, VP, and SVP, lasted about an hour. I thought it went well but not amazing. A week later I followed up they said they would be in touch, couple weeks later I followed up again, no response. Another couple weeks I followed up and again no response. They ghosted me, never responded, never got back in touch. I get it if I wasn't the right choice but just tell me, a quick email would have been fine.

Question 1
Asked about experience, how I would handle certain situations, my confidence etc
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at CAHEC (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
Long, cumbersome. On-line application borders on ridiculous. Long delays and very little communication as to where/how the process is going. Phone interview, in person interview & a second in-person with upper management.
