I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CAI
Interview
Total of three rounds. First being a standard screening call followed by a technical and then behavioral interview. All were very straightforward and easy to schedule. The technical interview is a lot of going over your past experiences and how they may align with the role and the behavioral one consisted of the typical questions you would expect.

Application
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CAI in Nov 2020
Interview
I was contacted by the company recruiter after a job fair at my university.
I scheduled a phone screening with him describing my internship experiences.
A few weeks later I was contacted for a 2nd interview with the hiring manager who asked more technical questions about my internship experience.
Lastly, I had an interview with the VP of Operations of the Continent.
Every call and interview was very pleasant.
Phone interview followed by in person informal meeting usually at a restaurant. Some technical questions applicable to role. More about gauging personality fit and evaluating fit for unique job responsibilities. Depending on role, explanation of travel requirements is robust.
