Interview
The selection process took too long. Before moving on to an HR interview, you must first complete an assignment. After passing, there will be an expert/technical interview. To be honest, I liked how the interview went because they dug deep into your professional experience. I believe I answered the most of the questions properly, but I still did not pass. I'm not sure why, given my extensive experience in the customer service industry, and they even stated that they were impressed. Are they simply gathering information from experienced people and hiring those without experience or still students Or, because it's an entry-level position, they'd want someone who couldn't overpower them, or I'm not sure. Sorry, but I'm just disappointed, since I cannot understand the hiring managers these days.
They were friendly people and the tech test was quite simple and easy however I never heard back from them despite them saying the process had gone well which was disappointing
