CARD.com Customer Service Representative interview questions

I first had a phone interview, and then an in person interview. They ate lunch while we interviewed, and in fact that forgot they had an interview scheduled. They were very friendly, but seemed slightly unprepared. They ate as I interviewed and showed me the office after asking about my experience, and where I see myself.
