CARE International Accountant interview questions

I had four interviews for the position of financial controller in Vienna: The first was a phone interview with the HR Officer. The second interview was with HR and the CFO. The third interview was with the entire finance team. The fourth interview was with the Head of Human Resources, the CFO, the CEO, and the HR Officer. After that, they asked me to attend an in-person interview, which was attended by the CEO, the CFO, and the Head of Human Resources. They reimbursed 50% of the airfare. The entire process lasted three months.

I had an interview with the HR. Basically, all of the questions were all about what’s in your resumé. It was followed after six days by a panel interview with the Manager and two team members.
