The interview was very thorough. There was a phone screen, followed by 2 in person interviews. There was also a case study and an IQ/HR test. Although it was thorough, I found the interview to be relaxed and even fun. The interviewers were very pleasant. The whole process took about 2 months due to busy schedules on both sides.
