The interview process included a recruiter call, an easy Hackerrank OA, two technical assessments, and a manager round. Despite being told to prepare for DSA questions for both technical interviews and spending spent considerable time preparing , I was given an API exercise and a React-based assessment. My interviewers were all amazing but Carfax Canada's interview process was marred by poor communication and inaccurate expectations, resulting in an unfair evaluation. I urge the company to rectify these issues for a more transparent assessment process and advise prospective candidates to be wary of potential miscommunications.
