CARR interview questions

Multiple interview and opportunities to interview current employees. Group style and relaxed...did not ask typical and unhelpful questions but were more pointed and honest. I felt they were genuinely interested in finding the right fit both in character and experience and approached it from multiple angles. I was impressed.
