My experience interviewing with Carvana was great. I applied online, got a follow up email a few days later and quickly scheduled a phone screen. The phone screen was very informative and left me excited to hear more about Carvana. My on-site interview consisted of me meeting with two individuals that provided me with more details about the specific department I was interviewing for. Both people I interviewed with were genuine, smart, and friendly.
