The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CARVANA (Pittsburgh, PA) in June 2018
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and set up a phone interview. We talked about the position and required duties. These included filling out paperwork, detailing the vehicles, delivering the vehicles, and others. Expected 3-5 deliveries per day in 100 mile radius. I was told the custom car hauler is the size of a small
U-Haul. This all sounded ok to me, not spectacular.
I was asked my current pay and what I hoped to make, and I was told this market caps out at $16.50/hr plus benefits. This was the end of the interview. This is a lot of work for that amount of pay, and especially when they want a college graduate! If Carvana reads this, pay a fair wage for the work!

Interview
I found this position listed on the Carvana careers website and applied online. The next day I received an email from a recruiter asking me to give them a few times when I'd be available to do a phone interview. The request came right before a holiday weekend, so I did not get back to them until the following Monday. I had my phone interview that Tuesday. I'm not sure what the company is looking for in a candidate as I felt that I was well qualified for this position with many years of professional driving experience and customer service experience, serving a wide variety of customers. The day after my phone interview I received an email saying they had decided to move forward with other candidates. I know I could have done this job very well, yet I was not even given a chance to interview in person for it. Just look at Carvana's commercials and the images of people who work there on their website and you can see that they do not favor anyone over the age of 40 to work there.

Interview
The woman giving the interview was easy-going she sent me an email to schedule a time that will work for me we both agreed on a time and we had the interview.
