I applied online. I interviewed at CARVANA (Sacramento, CA) in Aug 2020
Interview
Application. Phone Interview. Background Check. In-person Interview.
Application was confusing in that it said hourly position and salaried position on the same advertisement. After the application, there was a short 30 minutes phone interview. The interviewer said they wanted to move forward with my application and they had me due the 3-year background check online; only to hear a week later that the position was filled. Another week later, the position opened again and I went to an in-person interview. The process was safe during the covid-19. The manager was a little late. Questions were basic. The manager told me they would get back to me that day or the next. One week later, they sent me an emailing declining me.

What do you do if you arrive to customers appointment and forget the customers paperwork
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at CARVANA (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Literally only a discussion, not a real interview. There was no formal questions asked on how to handle a situation, only wanted to know who I was and what I believe in for work ethics. Didn’t really go over many things for what the job entails and also didn’t go over what makes this business stand out more than others as well.
