Recruiter Phone Interview
About 20–25 minutes.
Covers basics: “Tell me about yourself, why Carvana, walk me through your work history.”
Some light behavioral questions: “How do you stay organized? How do you handle mistakes?”

The interview took place inside the lobby of the building. I arrived early, and was instructed to sign in with my name. The interview started on time and was pleasant. I spoke with 4-5 interviewers that day, and was one of the candidates asked to come up into the office for a quick tour and final interview with the department head. I received an offer about 2 days later. All in all it was a great experience.

Interview
I attended a hiring event and it was great. The interview was easy and the interviewers were friendly. The questions were your standard interview questions too nothing crazy. I was overall able to get a good feel for the company based off of the interview.
