Applied through programme, cv and basic information, 2 interviewers and very casual and easy going interview. Questions about the job, and experience you put on cv in general. They did not just ask you loads of questions but they tried to explain to me the nature of the intern and the type of experience I was going to attain. They sell the job to the candidate as well.
