CASHe Manager interview questions

I got a call upfront to discuss an opportunity for which I had an initial HR screening round and a couple of days later a joint call with the HR and another person (VC), It seemed to have gone well. When I did not hear from them; I called to follow up and send text mesages as well but to no avail.. No response on text messages, email and they are not answering call either. I guess whatever is the reason for declining the candidature; the communication needs to be clear and avoiding calls makes the candidtate left in the lurch and directionless..
