HR screener was energetic, I was excited about the role from how it was explained to me. I was called for interview about 2 weeks later which was straight forward. This was 5 weeks ago. You are left wondering if the role is still in contention or they're poorly organised. Would put me off accepting if called back as it is really bad form.
