Good experience for Interview, had to appear twice s preference was male candidate by the Manager , as there was requirement was for night also male candidates are OK to work in shifts as per requirement

Attended introduction session of the company and then exchanged some emails with the recruiters. Had an interview in Japanese and after more than one month I still haven't heard back from them. Would've like to know if it was a rejection or not, don't like them being vague.
