Complete online application and submit an updated copy of my resume and provided information for a background check. I received an invitation to meet first with the hiring manager. After that I met the team director. I received updates by phone/email which resulted in a job offer.

I was e-mailed and asked to come in the next day to complete an interview. The interview process was short and consisted of two people. They asked about my experience from previous positions and told me about the job position. They said that they were looking to have someone in the position long-term and not necessarily seeking someone to grow within the company. They said that their titles were just titles at the end of the day and everyone jumped in to help each other. They said that I would hear back from them, but it was radio silence.
