the interview is done by the director, asked me serveal question about my previous job, my education and my understanding of strategy. I was assigned to write a report about the office property in Beijing.
Fairly average. Questions were standard. Process was standard to others. They did ask about my background knowledge on the company and the company values. Remote interview process. Nothing un ordinary.
