First round interview was with the hiring manager. Second round interview was with two senior associate directors. Then I waited for two months for the outcome to be revealed to me, and if it wasn’t because of my persistence I probably would have never heard from them again.

They told me they were working on a project and essentially asked me to give them some new ideas.
The interview process is very straight forward. HR will reach out and schedule a phone interview or a Zoom call. From there, you will have an interview with the entire team either in person or via Zoom. In the interview I had, I spoke with each of the team members one on one.

I was asked to explain how my qualifications and experience would contribute effectively to this role. I was also asked what my plan was for the future, such as a 5-year plan. I was not asked any technical questions. The team was trying to get a feel on if I could work long hours, be a team player, and put in the work to learn the position.
