I have had multiple screenings and interviews for different locations/portfolios for senior workplace experience manager with CBRE and every time I am ghosted by either the recruiter and/or hiring manager. Even after follow ups, they don’t care enough about people to give a response. Disappointing.

Did a screening with a recruiter that went incredibly well. The recruiter expressed he felt so was a good fit as well and would be passing my info the the hiring manager for next steps. The recruiter asked me to reach back out if I hadn’t heard from them by mid next week. Follow up thank you email and two follow ups later, I still have not heard from the hiring manager or recruiter. Completely ghosted.
