Interview
1-hour group discussion and 45-min individual interview. In the group discussion stage, the group was asked to focus on a business sustainable development strategy delivery. They should need to discuss and answer 3 questions, and give a presentation to the interviewer. In the individual interview, the candidate will be asked about some technical questions focusing on the sustainable development of the built environment, and some other competency questions.

Submitted CV and cover letter, then had to do online psychometric tests, then invited to telephone interview, then invited for assessment centre - assessment centre was around 40 people split into groups for the day to complete 2 tasks which they had provided some information on beforehand
