I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CBRE (Miami, FL) in June 2015
Interview
I was interviewed by two different executives in two separate offices for this position. One was in Miami and the other in Fort Lauderdale. Overall, both interviews went well and sounded promising. There was no email or call back to let me know where I stood a month later. This was my fourth interview with this company at this office. Plan to wait for a decent amount of time with possibly no answer.
I applied online. I interviewed at CBRE (Denver, CO) in July 2025
Interview
Overall the process was professional and well organized. The recruiter communication was clear and the scheduling was easy. The interviews were structured and focused on both experience and how you handle transactions, deadlines, and working with multiple stakeholders.
Most of the questions were behavioral with a strong emphasis on client service, problem solving, and managing competing priorities. The interviewers were knowledgeable and it felt like they were genuinely trying to understand how you operate day to day.
