Deliberate process whereby candidates are vetted through personal interviews, group interviews and team member interviews all leading to a job specific "real world" test of skills. Once you are identified as "the guy or girl" you are seamlessly passed to HR who does an extremely thorough background check including a drug test.
If you applied to any position within the company and fudged an answer or exaggerated a degree you are well advised to clear it up early or reapply - they will dump you very quickly if they sense any integrity issues. ( That could read - full disclosure is an absolute necessity. If you did it, or didn't do it as the case may be, disclose it early )

Overall the process was professional and well organized. The recruiter communication was clear and the scheduling was easy. The interviews were structured and focused on both experience and how you handle transactions, deadlines, and working with multiple stakeholders.
Most of the questions were behavioral with a strong emphasis on client service, problem solving, and managing competing priorities. The interviewers were knowledgeable and it felt like they were genuinely trying to understand how you operate day to day.
