I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CBRE (Montreal, QC) in May 2023
Interview
During the interview, the interviewer checked my CV and asked me questions related to my knowledge and experience with tools and electrical motors. This suggests that the interviewer was trying to assess your technical skills and expertise in the field. In addition to the skills assessment, also ask me general questions about your experience and behavioral traits. This type of questioning is known as a behavioral interview, and it is designed to understand your past behavior and how you would approach situations in the future.
