The interview process started fairly normal. There was a screening with an HR representative, followed by a zoom interview with an operations manager in a different region. After that, I proceeded to have an in person interview with someone from the local office who I would be working with. That went well and I had another zoom interview with someone from a different region again. During this final interview, I was told that it was down to myself and one other candidate, and I would hear something the next week. Two weeks went by and I emailed to follow up. I didn’t hear back for a week, and then heard that the process was continuing on, and I should hear something within the next week. Two weeks after that, I emailed them to withdraw my name from consideration, the process started smooth and professional, but then devolved into silence and lack of communication. I withdrew as this is a red flag for me when starting with a new company.
