First Online ASSESSMENT test then GD and then Interview. The GD was tough and I fumbled way too much in front of my peers. Technical Interview was very tough and got entangled me in various situations in terms of thought sharing and review on topic.

      Investment Risk Monitoring Interview

      17 Dec 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Gurgaon, Haryana
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CBRE (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Dec 2023

      Interview

Interview process was good. HE representative was cooperative and professional. But the Interview himself was not clear for what he was Interviewing. He was asking core civil technical questions for managerial role from a MBA candidate. Instead asking managerial and function related questions he was asking site supervisor and engineer specific questions. Really felt insulted by his attitude. Why waste the candidate's time if you are clear with questions and positions you are recruiting for. Why would you want manager level candidate for site and technical work. HR should look into their selection criteria.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell composition of concrete with %. Labour rate for construction activities. How to calculate rcc and framing quantity. And many irrelevant questions for the role I interviewed that is Risk management profile.
