Done on Zoom, asked me standard interview questions then talked at length about the other person they hired for another similar position who had no experience and then decided to not hire me because I didn’t have enough experience.

Apply by email. Was brought in for an interview, and Ive seen this tactic used here many times, they sat me by the producers for a half hour to see how we'd interact. The chief photographer then took me on a tour. She then brought me to her office where we had a brief question and answer. What would you bring to this company? Whats the first thing you do during breaking news? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Took about a month for a call back.
