CBTalents Global Recruitment interview questions

The whole interviewing process has been a 20 minutes conversation with someone whose job title is not clear. Talked for about 10 minutes. After a brief explanation of my experience, this person assigned me a level, based on I have no idea what, and I was ready to go. Never seen anything like that, I was honestly speechless. If this is the quality the market offers, I'm not shocked that most of candidates have horrible experiences with most of recruiters.
