There were 4 stages/interviews to this role, over the period of a month. All were in rapid succession. The role required relocation to Warsaw.
Firstly was a short 1 hour test to check for the simple observation and writing skills for the role. A Google Form and drive with pictures from Cyberpunk 2077 with a request to point out obvious UI issues. This likely changes based on what team they are hiring for.
Secondly was a 1 hour interview between the candidate, the recruiter, and 2 QA Leads. This was a interview relating to QA exclusively. There was general information about the role and team you'd join, example scenarios/general QA test questions, and questions about games you play with specific questions about likes or dislikes with CDPR projects relating specifically to UI. Time was left for questions.
Thirdly was a short 30 minute courtesy interview with the UI team lead to make sure you are fit for the team. This felt a bit tacked on and free form, but it's not unusual. The interviewer likely did not have a say in the candidate choosing.
Finally was a 30 minute offer interview with the recruiter. This was more informationaly than anything, and was followed by an offer email with information about relocating, general benefits, etc.
Beyond the interviews, both QA leads and recruiters are availbile to answer questions.
