CD Recruitment interview questions

You can tell its an aggressive all boys club. First stage interview was a teams call and I felt fine. Second Interview was in person with another person who late and passive aggressive throughout. I felt extremely uncomfortable. It is only a 180 role. Why would anyone want to do 180 recruitment? Be a resourcer for life? Or just a BD person and expect someone else to work your jobs? What a joke of a model! The firm is also in the middle of no where in Epsom! Best to work somewhere else honestly.
