CDC Designs Designer interview questions

Worst interview process possible! Completely inexperienced and unprofessional! Offered me an interview. Called me two days before telling me she did not want to waste her time or mine asking if I was ok with $18 an hr position. Unfortunately companies in this industry can ask you jump over the moon for them to do projects and tests before they consider hiring you wasting your time. I was moved forward to the next step and asked to do one of those waste of time projects that I already showed I have done with my portfolio at the time of the interview. The interviewer made a comment to me during the interview " since you already have several projects similar in your portfolio I may not even have you do this one". After changing her mind at the end of the interview she went ahead and assigned me a project that would take me 10-15 hours. I was then called by her a few days informing me that the position was no longer being offered with no explanation at all. The next day the company posted on IG an advertisement that they were looking to fill several positions, the same job I had applied for. When I had confronted her about this she never replied back to me. Don't waste your time applying or working for a company that has no respect for you or your time especially for $18.00 an hour! Shame!
