Describe the Interview Process The interview process involved four steps. First, there was a phone screening with HR to verify my background and interest in the position. Next, I completed a technical coding challenge on an online platform, where I solved algorithmic problems. Then, I had a system design interview, during which I was asked to architect a scalable service. Lastly, I participated in a behavioral interview with the engineering manager and team members to assess communication skills and team fit. The entire process took around three weeks.
