I dressed formally with black pants and a dressy shirt with close toed shoes. The manager was friendly and informed me that the job was all about sales and asked me to act and try to sell him a jar of jelly beans.

CDS has a great interview process. Hiring takes seven to ten days. Very user friendly online system to apply and onboard. Management is great. Company is very structured and systematic.

It was relaxed, and the manager was very nice. We went over basic rules of the job and asked some retail questions. It was one interview and lasted about 10 minutes.
