It was quick and easy. They will ask few questions and then ask you to demonstrate the product. They will give you an instruction paper with the product information, then ask you to advertise the product.

CDS has a great interview process. Hiring takes seven to ten days. Very user friendly online system to apply and onboard. Management is great. Company is very structured and systematic.

It was relaxed, and the manager was very nice. We went over basic rules of the job and asked some retail questions. It was one interview and lasted about 10 minutes.
