Interview
Went in to Costco 4th Avenue and asked to talk to "Athena". She gave me an application that I filled out in the store. The application still asks about criminal history which is not the current law. Gave me an interview on the spot as well as a drug test. I passed and was hired that day. Training began a week later. Paid training.

CDS has a great interview process. Hiring takes seven to ten days. Very user friendly online system to apply and onboard. Management is great. Company is very structured and systematic.

It was relaxed, and the manager was very nice. We went over basic rules of the job and asked some retail questions. It was one interview and lasted about 10 minutes.
