CED Leadership Development Program interview questions

It started with a phone call which was a casual conversation with a recruiter, from the phone call I was invited to a company dinner on campus which was the same week, following the company dinner I was invited to an On campus behavioral interview. The interview was about 30 minutes but then it was followed by a very long assessment. The assessment was 300 questions and took a very long time.
