Filled out online application, then received a call asking if I could do a phone interview right then and there. I did the phone interview, and then the recruiter said she would forward my resume on to the hiring manager, and then a few days later, got an email telling me they weren't moving forward with me even though this job only requires a high school diploma and I have a bachelor's degree. I wasn't too sad though considering the pay they were offering was incredibly low compared to what other places offer for a similar position. It's no wonder they have a revolving door and constantly have the same jobs open over and over - they want you to jump hurdles and through hoops and they pass up on people with higher education because they don't want to pay them what they are worth.
Did two interviews via zoom 2 different days. HR called later that day of second interview to offer position. They also did reference and credit check after they made offer.
