I had a smooth interview process through The Judge Group. This is a contract/consultant role but interfaces with Centegix. As long as you meet the qualifications and can interview well, you’ll get the job.

Question 1
What is your experience with training mid-senior level professionals?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CENTEGIX (Atlanta, GA) in July 2023
Interview
It started off fantastic. I had the first three interviews with various people that I would be working under or with and it was great. I was expecting an offer and really wanted to job. Then I got another request to meet with the manager of operations. He asked very standard interview questions and and in effort to not say the same things over and over again, I think I blew it. That’s fine. I take ownership for that. What really gave me a bad taste is that I was never told I didn’t get the job. I emailed three of the people I interviewed with hoping for an idea of where I stood and…crickets. After being put through that many interviews I think I’m owed an explanation. Just stinks if I’m being honest.

Question 1
The same thing over and over basically. “How do you handle someone that has a different management style than you.” It was clearly because the last person I interviewed with is extremely difficult to work with.
