CETIN interview questions

This interview experience deviated significantly from the typical corporate format. There was no HR representative present, and the interview structure resembled a startup environment. A panel of senior developers conducted a one-hour initial questions followed by a two-hour session focused on technical skills and problem-solving exercises based on their past interview experiences. It subsequently became clear that the team consisted of old colleagues-friends, backed up by managers, tasked with developing a specific long-term system for this company and nothing else they care about. Their decision-making appeared autonomous, with a focus on technical expertise rather than a holistic understanding of the candidate's fit within the broader company. Atmosphere was quite OK, but it was unclear whether they were fully aware of the specific company they were ultimately working for.

First a phone call screening, then meeting with HR, then technical interview and last meeting with general manager. Good flow, without much delays. Relaxed and informative. Offered job at the end and I accepted.
