I spoke with their internal recruiter first for a pre-screen phone call. It was about a 15 minute long call. By the end of the call she said I'd hear from her again to set up a Teams meeting with the Manager overseeing the position. Had a 30-45 minute call with her, then once the interview was over she had asked what my availability was for an on-site interview. I was interviewed by two managers who were former ER's at CFS, they were warm and welcoming while also maintaining a high-level of professionalism. Overall very swift and pleasant experience.

Question 1
Can you give an example of when you had a conflict with a client or candidate and how did you resolve this issue?
Typical interview with corporate recruiter. Tell me about your experience, why would you want to work here, etc. What did strike me as odd was the recruiter seemed generally uninterested in the conversation as a whole.
It’s clear they are looking for pretty entry level recruiters they can mold to their processes and that’s okay, a lot of staffing agencies prefer this, but give the interviewee the respect in telling them that outright so no one’s time is wasted. The base salary is also pretty low in comparison to other entry level recruiting positions you could find.
I followed up the recruiter after receiving the rejection email to ask for feedback as to the rejection. No response.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CFS (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in July 2023
Interview
First there was a phone screening Interview with Recruiter followed by a video interview with hiring manager. Then there was another video interview with regional manager, and finally, an in person interview in office.
