The interview was for the Grain Leadership Trainee position which is a combination of the operations and merchandising trainee programs.
I had two interviews, the first one was a phone interview which was with one person. It felt very scripted more than an average conversation. The second interview was a zoom interview with human resources and merchandising managers. The lead interviewer had issues connecting and this led to her dropping out of the meeting. This left the others unprepared in what to do. I was then just asked typical questions by human resources while the merchandisers sat and did not ask me anything. One of the merchandisers did not charge their laptop and dropped the call as well.
