      Project Engineer Interview

      28 June 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Toronto, ON
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CGC (Toronto, ON)

      Interview

Interview was conducted by three members. One was a project engineer, one was the project engineering manager, and the last interviewer was the previous project engineering manager (who recently moved to a new role). They followed an interview sheet that they had in front of them. They let me talk about myself for the first 15 minutes. After this I was asked situational questions. This was followed by some behavioural questions. They didn't try to trick me everything was straight forward they just wanted to get to know me. They explained the role after the behavioural questions and asked me if I had any questions. After I was done with my questions, I was given a tour of the plant by another project engineer and the technical lead. After the tour the process was complete.
