They told me that my resume wasn’t what they normally pick (sad). But I passed luckily. If you do well there you get invited to do an interview day with other applicants where you meet with a series of directors/managers, ending with an interview with your direct supervisor. Mine wanted to get to know me and how I would fit the culture, and to ask why I left my last position. I was also asked how I deal giving and receiving feedback and other standard interview questions. Also FWIW my impression was that they do want to you be hungry and money driven for the sales roles but also to care equally about the mission and helping people too.
