I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CHG Healthcare (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in July 2022
Interview
I applied on the company site after my friend who worked for the company kept pushing me to try. I found this job that I immediately fell in love with and applied for. My recruiter reached out and we went through the interview process which was made more difficult because the hiring managers and team leads were all busy (understandable) but I was flexible with my time. I thought the interviews went great, everyone I interviewed with said that they loved my experience and my drive. Obviously, I thought I was a shoe and was led to believe that by my recruiter and the hiring managers but then I had to wait 3 weeks for an answer after the final interview only for them to tell me that they didn't select me because I wasn't a Sales Manager (I was an assistant manager for a sales team but whatever) but they wanted me to apply to another job as a Business Analyst. The Recruiter called me and apologized and said she would help then she ghosted me and when I researched online the job they offered was already taken and I was rejected. Now they called me back and want me to take an inside sales job as if my experience doesn't amount to anything. Not sure what they mean by good company culture because this place is exactly like any other company out there. Just be careful when interviewing is my only advice.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at CHG Healthcare (Boca Raton, FL) in Dec 2025
Interview
I went through 5 rounds of interviews, just for them to ask me role playing questions on the 4th and 5th rounds- I previously was a hiring manager, if you didn't think I was a good fit from our initial meet, why continue on and waste someone's time. Clearly, they're setting you up for failure
