The interview process at CHG was extremely personable and thorough, placing emphasis on a people centric company that encourages one to contribute in the overall success of the company. I spoke to Lisa from the Talent Team and she was an excellent mediator for pay negations. My interview process also included a meeting with my co-workers and it was detailed in its approach to explain the ecosystems within the office and how CompHealth plays a role within CHG. Overall the process took about two weeks, considering the holidays and back and forth communication.
